What is included in the

Month-of Coordinating Package?

Prior to the Month-of:

  •  I can be a “sounding board” for advice or guidance throughout the planning process. Bounce ideas off of me, find out what items I already own, share your Pinterest Board with me!

 

The Month-of:

  • Unlimited client meetings and communication via e-mail and phone calls, in the month leading up to your wedding day.

  • Work as a liaison between you and your vendors for final walk-throughs and event set-up

  •  I will meet with you multiple times before your big day and guide you throughout your planning with any questions you may have.


Your Wedding Weekend:

  • Gather: Before your big day I will collect everything from you that needs to go to the site and I will transport it all to the venue.

  • Team: Throughout the weekend, your Events by Elizabeth team will include myself, and my assistant. If your setup requires additional staffing, I will have to charge an additional fee. Also, I will need an additional team member if your ceremony location is at a separate location from the reception (i.e. Church ceremony).

  • Rehearsal: I will be there for your rehearsal to run through the ceremony with your officiant, and on your wedding day I will line up your bridal party and get the ceremony started.

  •  Set-Up: On your wedding day I will be there the minute the doors open, coordinate all of your vendors and decorate your venue(s).

  • Flow: Throughout the night I will work with the vendors to ensure the flow continues the way you want it to and that you guys are 100% happy.

  •  Gifts: I will gather your gifts soon after cocktail hour, and move them to a secure vehicle or another secure location (you wouldn't believe how common it is to have gifts vanish!)

  •  Favors: I will take care of getting your favors setup/handed out.

  •  Send-Off: I will be sure your getaway car is ready to go along with sparklers, bubbles, noisemakers etc. for the send-off, as well as make sure you have any personal items you need to have with you.

  •  Clean Up: At the end of the night I will pack everything up and will transport it to a location of your choosing.

The Fine Print:

The flat fee month-of coordinating services includes staffing of Liz, plus her assistant on your wedding day. If the setup or logistics requires additional staffing for any reason, an additional fee will be added to cover that cost. Liz will always be up front with you about money and let you know ahead of time. (Examples of when additional staffing is necessary: the ceremony is at a different venue than the reception, a tight setup timeline, flipping the same venue space from ceremony to reception, setup of all of the banquet tables and chairs, rearrange furniture, etc.)

The use of Liz's linens is also not included in the price.  Lending linens for events require a lot of time before, during, and after the event. The charge is $3 per polyester tablecloth (they are all full length) which allows me to properly clean, iron, fold, and store them.
